Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks include

  • Conduct market analyses and monitor competitors

  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle 

  • Design product marketing materials, publications, and promotional content 

  • Create and maintain content for the website, newsletter, and digital channels 

  • Identify target customer segments for product launches 

  • Develop market and pricing strategies 

  • Support our global sales network and international production sites 

  • Actively plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry projects 

  • Report directly to the Managing Director of Sales and Purchase 

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, communications, or public relations, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the steel processing industry 

  • Solid knowledge of technical marketing, an understanding of complex technologies, and the ability to communicate them effectively to specific target groups 

  • Basic knowledge of brand management and corporate design 

  • Experience in planning and organizing international trade fair appearances and industry events 

  • Confident use of digital marketing tools and experience with CRM systems 

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage 

  • Passion for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, with a strong sense for market trends 

  • Open-mindset, team spirit, pragmatism, and curiosity 

  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and high level of commitment

Maintenance Engineer 

Your tasks include

  • Develop and implement a structured preventive maintenance plan in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Ensure optimization of spare parts inventory and availability of critical components.
  • Introduce and manage digital maintenance tools (e.g. CMMS) aligned with DMV group standards.
  • Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead execution of plant revamping projects and support new technical investments such as new or upgraded equipment
  • Communicate effectively with Plant Leadership, Maintenance Deam, Purchasing Departments, and External Suppliers
  • Facilitate training and development of maintenance staff to improve technical capabilities.
  • Work cross functionally to support and improved safety culture

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s, or Masters, in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field
  • 4 - 10 years maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and CMMS systems
  • Strong familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance
  • Ability to communicate technical information cross functionally
  • Solid communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work safely around heavy machinery and in a plant environment
